This agreement governs use of the Northeast Control Dashboard, referred to here as the application. The application is owned and operated by Chioffe Technology LLC, doing business as Northeast Control. By using the application you agree to these terms.
The application is provided for the internal business use of Northeast Control. It is a private, single user tool. No license is granted to any outside party, and the application is not distributed or sold.
The application may be used to view and report on financial data belonging to Northeast Control. You agree not to use it to access data you are not authorized to view, and not to attempt to interfere with its operation.
The application connects to QuickBooks Online to read accounting data. That access is read only. The application does not modify your QuickBooks records. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to the terms set by Intuit.
The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Northeast Control does not guarantee that the figures shown are free of error or that the application will be available without interruption. The application supports decisions. It does not replace professional accounting or tax advice.
To the extent allowed by law, Northeast Control is not liable for any loss arising from use of the application, including financial decisions made based on the information it displays.
Use of the application may end at any time. On termination, the QuickBooks connection can be removed through the disconnect control, which deletes the stored tokens and synced data.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
